A refundable deposit is pre-authorized on your card and released within 3 business days after return.
Every scooter is delivered fully charged. For long rentals we swap the battery or the whole unit for free.
Yes — free delivery in central zones. Extended zones available for a small fee.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. After that a 30% fee applies.
